Freedom Williams Entertainment (FWE) is a multi-faceted independent corporation based in Brooklyn, New York. FWE encompasses an array of businesses: recording label, music production, music publishing and film production. Freedom Williams, the former rapper of the multi-platinum, Grammy award winning group C and C Music Factory serves as the President and owner of this burgeoning record label. C and C Music Factory made a major impact in the music industry by pioneering their unique hybrid sound of Pop and Dance sensibilities mixed with Hip-Hop flavor. Freedom looks to continue his legacy by discovering and developing groundbreaking artists who will revolutionize the music of today and the future. Venturing “outside the box,” FWE strives to make high quality projects which appeals to diverse audiences – ranging from the hardcore streets to mainstream pop appeal.

Freedom Williams Entertainment boasts a talented roster comprised of an exceptional group of emerging acts: Alkebulan, Bedstuy Mafia Gang, 7th Brigade, Sekou Metaphyz, and super producer Ra-Sun. Each respective artist has the gift to excite, entertain, and move crowds worldwide in their own special way.
Alkebulan is a singer and songwriter who can captivate every audience with her powerful vocals and strong messages. This Bronx native’s sound can be described as a stimulating potion of deep emotions, breathtaking melodies, rich harmonies, and a dynamic vocal range which becomes more compelling with each performance. Her songs revolve around themes of life, love, reality, even a little drama and heartache. It is a unique mixture of her influences: R&B, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Pop, and Latin music. Together with her band, they compose a mosaic of grooves which touches the souls of audiences of all ages and races.
Straight out of Brooklyn hails hip-hop’s newest threat: Bedstuy Mafia Gang. Holding ears for hostage and organizing hits on the music industry, BSMG is headed by the two man terror – Eric III and Boom Banger. Rounding out the group is their BSMG soldier Mr. Sunday. Following in the footsteps of their neighborhood’s giants, such as Notorious B.I.G., Jay-Z, Fabolous, Foxy Brown, and Lil’ Kim, BSMG looks to ignite the Bed-Stuy Movement. “Mafia” is an acronym which stands for: Music And Family Is Almighty. Their Brooklyn slickness, grimy lyrics, and crunk flow has left audiences staggering in New York and abroad.

7th Brigade brings together a variety of flavors over a mixture of smooth melodies, and raw Hip-Hop beats. Armed with banging dance tunes, catchy hooks and infectious lyrics, 7th Brigade is poised to break through the predictable current Hip-Hop scene and blast away at the core of music industry. The collective is comprised of: Colossal Unknown, PHD, Jimmy Breaks, and Imantrek.

Sekou Metaphyz is the embodiment of the Hip-Hop culture. When you listen to this Brooklyn MC’s precise flow, insightful concepts, witty wordplay and gritty lyricism, you can’t help but think back to the essence of Hip-Hop’s Golden Years when emceeing was an art form. Through his music, Sekou strives to be the voice of the streets by dropping jewels for the ghetto youth caught up in the daily struggles of Amerikkka and around the globe. As an artist, his goal is to bring back the focus on lyrical excellence, creativity and solid albums.

Ra-Sun is the in-house super producer and audio engineer for FWE. Ra learned the rigors of the music biz first hand ever since he was a child touring the world with his dad, Freedom Williams. Ra-Sun’s production style is eclectic because his inspiration comes from so many different musical varieties. He draws from Hip-Hop, R&B, Jazz, Latin, Soul, Classical and Reggae. Not just limited to sampling, he also formally trained to play the piano and saxophone. Ra’s skill and knowledge of the game helps him stay ahead of his peers.
